Don’t underestimate the value of smaller victories.
By gaining a number of smaller victories, you convince your brain that a bigger victory is achievable.

Think of it like this:

  • If you are successful in publishing a number of blog posts (smaller victories), you start believing that you can write a book as well (bigger victory).
  • If you are successful in eating a healthy diet for a week (small victory), your brain starts believing that it can eat healthy for an entire year as well.

    It’s about how you recondition your brain.
