Instant Gratification

We are surrounded by means that give us instant gratification. Today we have Netflix, Facebook, Instagram, PUBG, and whatnot. It’s easy to get caught in these things that give us instant joy like a drug.

But one must remember that the biggest gains come from things that are slow. You don’t build a good physique in a day. You don’t establish a successful business overnight. You don’t get better in your craft by doing it once or twice.

So, to be really happy in the long-run, you must choose long-term goals over things that give you instant gratification.
