Focus on yourself, not on others.
It doesn’t matter what others are doing. The only thing that matters is what you are doing.
When you focus on others instead of yourself, you ultimately fall prey to comparison.
“All my friends are getting good jobs at MNCs.”
“All my relatives are going on international travels.”
“All my best buddies have married and are settled now.”
“Look at all these people on Instagram buying the latest iPhone.”
You would often struggle with such thoughts if your focus is on others.
But listen, my friend, what others are doing is none of your business.
Their actions should not affect your decisions.
You don’t have to buy the latest iPhone just because everyone else is doing so.
You don’t have to seek a job at an MNC just because your friends are doing so.
You don’t have to get married just because society wants you to.
Focus on what YOU want from your life and then try to achieve that.
Do what you desire, without getting affected by others.
Focus on yourself, not on others.Tweet
