Conflict

Avoiding external conflict does not free us from the conflict itself. It merely shifts that conflict inside our own selves.

And when full of inner conflict, your emotions will eventually get the better of you.

To be emotionally stable and at peace, you need to express your needs and wants even at the cost of conflict.

Remember – For things to get better, they need to become worse first.
