To be the absolute best in any field, you’ll invariably have to make a lot of sacrifices in many areas of your life. Being at the very top, comes at a cost.

But here’s the thing – It’s okay if you don’t want to be the best. And I’m not making a case for mediocrity but for balance.

You can choose to give equal importance to your physical wellbeing, your mental being, and your relationships rather than single-mindedly chasing the top spot.
